Finally got the ordered HID headlight capsule for our 07 Pacifica Limited - Only took 3 months!! - My question is whether others have found this to be typical for the Pacifica? The dealers comment was that they don't see much request for parts for the Pacifica - Does this mean they stock them in Milan? The CEO of Chrysler/Fiat should remember, lack of parts availablility was partially responsible for Fiats failure in the US market before. ( This is my first foray into Chrysler ownership in some years, and has me concerned if it was a mistake.) Inquiring minds want to know!
