Angry AC heater control Module

I know these things are known to go out. I purchased a 2004 Pacifica 2 months ago. The module wasn't working then. I've tried 5 different control modules with no luck. Can they really be that crappy to have that many failed units or is there some other place I should be looking. Module has no action. LCD not working. No Controls working on any of the units I've tried. I purchase the first unit from salvage yard. They gave me 2 others to try. I then went to my cousin who works parts at a Nissan dealer here in Las Vegas. He ordered me a unit from a parts distributor of theirs. I have no way to know if the units worked in other vehicles. I have checked the wires coming from the dash for power. I get 12.4 V on the red and black wires. I've looked over all the fuses under the hood. Looking for an answer. Can Chrysler dealer bench test these things?

Are you getting the module all these times or the dash control panel switches?

Then I would start checking out the BCM. if you are getting NO functions at all for fan ,vent position.
A scanner that can read OBD11 AND ABS/ body codes would be VERY helpful at this point.

I had the codes read today. Nothing regarding the BCM. I've been playing with the car trying to get rid of the ABS / TCS lights on dash as well. I was looking at the fuses under the hood. ABS fuses are good so I decided to check for voltage at the fuses. Seams that fuses 44 (Rear Heated Seats) and 45 (ABS IGN RUN have no power to the fuse at all. SO I jumped power from a spare space to 45 and low and behold the ABS lights went out and the AC heat control module powered up. Any idea why I wouldn't have power to these two fuses? All AC controls seam to work other then the fan never shuts off. I can turn off the power the fan still blowing.

Think I just figured all my problems out. I'm missing the Run Relay #18. Going to get one of those and should be golden. Fingers crossed.

Glad you are making good progress! A complete electrical circuit surely does help motivate things to work properly!
