Potential buyer... hesitant

Hey All,

So I'm a car guy, been into the car scene for a while.. died down a little with marriage and kids..

but we are looking for a minivan..our options are:
1) Kia Sedona
2) Honda odyssey
3) 2017 Pacifica

I've always been an import person myself.. but you hear horror stories about Chysler and Domestic OEMs

you hear people say "if Chysler was the last OEM on earth i'd buy a horse" etc etc etc..

has times changed? can i expect the reliability of Chysler to match that of Honda?

we really like the Pacifica but the reliability is in question... i know this is a chysler forum.. but just wanted to hear it from the people buying the products..

thanks ; >

Since very few people have bought them yet, you probably won't get any meaningful response. As a general rule, you are probably better off waiting a few months to let them get all the early production bugs worked out. That holds for any manufacturer. You are not likely to get a good sense of vehicle reliability on a board like this. People come here to find answers when things go wrong. If a thousand people write in here because they have a problem, you would get the impression that it's a lousy car. But there may be a million owners out there who have no problems and don't write in to say so.
