My command center has been locked onService tire system for a few months. Tires and pressure are fine. now it asks regularly are you using spare Y/N? I really, really want this to go away- can I do something without the dealer charging me a fortune?

What pressure are you setting them at? Most dealers will adjust them for free when you get your oil changed. Just tell them up front when you get wrote up and tell them to check the spare. If you have a bad sensor they will let you know.
