Split Seat Release
[:@] Can't release my second seat, split, to tilt forward. Neither latch on either side works when I pull up on the lever at the top of the seat back. They move fractionally, about a half inch, and stop. I am afraid to use more force to break the binding. Any ssuggestions would be appreciated. Steve
