timing chain or belt

Does anyone know if a 2005 3.8 Pacifica have a timing chain or belt?. Thanks.

3.8 has a chain. Rarely have I ever seen one fail even after 150K + miles.

How many bolts are in the timing cover my father n law took his apart and I'm putting it back together more holes than bolts any help would be appreciated...
