Default No start after H2O pump and timing belt

My water pump went bad. I replaced the pump and the timing belt while I was at it. I have 130K on it and did a tune-up at 120K, all but the timing belt. Now that I did the timing belt, the vehicle will not start. I have no fuel at the fuel rail, and it appears that there are no outputs from the PCM.
I've run an Actron scanner and seemingly anything from the PCM comes up as incomplete, i.e. any sensor involved in engine ignition, etc.

I'm at my wits end! The vehicle was running fine before but now no fuel. Is there a reset for automatic shutdown? Pulling B+ isn't cutting it.

Any suggestions anyone?

Go back and check your timing make sure the engine is at TDC to start with
If it was running b4 the work was done and now its not U can bet its human error go look at everything again.

Roger, Chrysler Tech,

Will do...I'm as frustrated as ever! I'm in the middle of a move to El Paso from WI. I was trying to prep the vehicle for SW Texas.

I appreciate your response.
