Washer pump(s) problem

Hi folks. New to the forum. Thanks for having me.
I have an 06 Pacifica Touring model. It's been 20 degrees this week here in Ohio and my washer pump stopped functioning. At first I thought it was the nozzles on the hood that have iced up before but I checked and can blow air through them when I removed the hose connected to them. I find it hard to believe that both front and rear pump stopped at the same time so I am guessing it's a fuse. Problem is that I don't know which fuse it is.

The fuse callouts on the fuse box lid and in the manual only reference a headlight washer but I don't have one. The 40 amp fuse looks good from the top. I can find no other fuses that say anything about wiper washer or washer pump...

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I have no garage and it's killing me to stand out there scratching my head.

All help is greatly appreciated.... Carl

FYI, windshield washer fluid contains alcohol to prevent freezing. If not used for a long time, especially in summer (rear reservoir) or with high underhood temps (front reservoir), the alcohol can evaporate out of the solution leaving the water behind to freeze. Only way to thaw out the system entirely is to warm it up, which may require parking inside somewhere for long enough to warm up the vehicle at least above freezing. Then put in new fluid.

I have the similar problem. Front washer works fine. When I press the rear washer button only get a little water on front window still. Started to look for trouble and found that one motor is missing electric cables (marked in red oval). Is it really pacifica built so or cables are missing?

I have tried to look for other cables but nothing could find even in the same place where two peers come out. One is for fluid level, and one for for the one of washer motors.
Chrysler manual says that Pacifica has two washer pump motors. And the one which is for rear window is without cables in my case.

Picture doesn't work but it sounds like somebody cut off the wires to the motor. The color coding should be the same at the switch, so if you can see the wires at the switch, maybe you can locate the other ends near the motor. If not, try running a new wire and ground.

if you can see the wires at the switch
You mean't Integrated power module C5?

Multifunction switch.

Even if manual says that cables go to Integrated power module C5?

Since you have the wiring diagrams you can trace them everywhere. If somebody cut them you are going to have to replace them.
For the benefit of whoever has to work on the car the next time, try to replace the wires using the same color coding. If you can't get the properly colored wires, at least label the wires you put in there showing their function.
