06 Cruiser Touring Edition with violent front end shuddering
 

Greetings All!
I have an 06 Cruiser Touring Edition with 145k.
All of a sudden the engine shakes violently upon starting her.
Runs and sounds great for the first few seconds, then BAM, the front end starts to shake really hard 😔

I thought oh, must be a motor mount...crawled under her and yup, found a mount that's bushings were...gone.
Replaced that👍

Went for a ride and made it about 5 miles down the road, pulled into a dunks and BAM, the shudders returned😔
Let her sit a while and got her home again without it doing it again.

Then replaced the plugs, wires and coil pack👍
Started it up and went to throw all the trash away, cleaned up the area, tolls away, cruiser still running fine...got in and turned the ac on...BAM, the dreaded shudders returned 😔

Hmmm...ok, turned her off and restarted with the ac off...
Started fine.
Turned ac on and BAM, those dang pesky shudders are back.😔
Hmmm...started with no ac on again and still shudders... still a different motor mount?

That's it to my story so far...

Just now started her up to go for a drive, all good the started going down a steep hill, the shuddering returns.
shut the car off and restarted, all good...went a mile down the road to use the vaccum at the local car wash, all good...
shuddering will come back eventually 😔
