I just installed a new alternaalternatothe lower bolt won't line up. I can't find any other adjustment other than the tensioner but thats not bringing it lower. Please help

 

you install the lower on first then the adjusting bolt after words you also might have the block flipped around on the adjusting side.

 

I just pulled the new alternator back off the vehicle. i measured it from top bolt hole to bottom hole. it is about 1/2 in shorter. I dont know why the online description said that it fits this year but it clearly is too short.

 

Rockauto calls out a different part number between non-turbo and turbo. Possibly got the 'other' one.
