2001 PT Cruiser gets power but no crank and no start.
 

I have a 2001 5 speed manual pt cruiser limited edition. Recently its been having issues starting and i am not sure what to do anymore. The car gets power and everything works. Lights, radio, 12v outlets. I can hear the fuel pump activate when the key goes into the on position. But if i try to fully start it, nothing else happens. It doesnt lose power or anything but it doesnt crank and it doesnt start. Ive had to resort to bump starting it lately as the key wont start it anymore. Ive replaced the battery, the terminals, and the starter. Ive replaced the starter relay and the ignition fuses. I dont have any more money to keep throwing at this car and i want this to be solved. Only error code that pops when scanned is for a power steering sensor.

have a volt meter or test light to test for some systems?

No i dont. Unfortunately the vehicle is also my temporary domicile. Im not in the best of situations.
