2007 PT unable to refuel
 

Wouldn't take fuel at 3 pumps even when pulling handle as slow as pump could run. Dealer said NVLV pump was problem almost $300 later was able to fill 1 time. Next fill up same problem now they say problem with tank want $800 to replace. Not till I talk to Chrysler only 42,000 miles.

from the sounds of it pressure built up inside the tank and the vapor purge device/solenoid isnt being activated. the pressure stuck inside the tank closed the check valve at the bottom of the filler tube preventing gas from being added and making the gas pump shut off. pressure can b relieved by triggering the purge device/solenoid (if it hasnt failed, and i dont know how to trigger it) or by leaving the gas cap off long enuff for the pressure to escape thru the recirculation tube
