Broken radiator pipe
 

You need a new A/C condenser.
The broken pipe connects not to the vehicles cooling system, but is part of the vehicles A/C system.
It needs to be replaced, along with the drier, since you always replace the drier, when the A/C system has been opened and exposed to the environment.
Then the system needs to be recharged with R-134 refrigerant.
It's going to cost a few hundred bucks to fix it, unless you can do the work yourself, then it will be a couple hundred bucks, maybe slightly less.
You should have no trouble driving the car as it is, but you will have no A/C.
If the broken pipe is simply connected to the condenser, then you may be able to just replace the drier and that hose/pipe, and then recharge the system.

A/C hose?

P.S. Also. replace the radiator hose in the first picture. The bulge in it is a warning sign that it will soon fail.
If it has not already, because the surrounding area looks to be wet with coolant.

Make sure that the broken pipe is no where near the new hose when it is installed.
The hose can swell up as pressure builds up, and cause the hose to be damaged by that pipe if they make contact.

The condenser is right there in front of the radiator. It looks like it is part of the radiator, but it is separate.
