Hi igot 2 problems.
1. the engine fan not working when i turning on the A/c, what make the a/c stop working.
2. the window wiper are working and stops and sometimes continuously. But it works intermittently. i change the wiper engine but the problem still not solved.
i read in some israeli forums that the problem could be in the electronic board of the fuse box.

 

fan not working is probably the fan being bad. it has 2 windings, one can go and the other will work.
replacing the fan and relays as a module is pretty easy.

could use a bit more details on the wiper problem; your description was unclear.

 

i changed the fan but the problem still not solved, i tested the relays but the work o.k

 

more than likely then, you have a fault with the A/C and not the fan. the fan doesn't turn on unless the compressor does.
check your wiring from the high pressure switch to the low pressure switch for continuity, then check the other low pressure wire for connection to ground,
