Differences between each

Okay, so after doing some reading I am still none the wiser about what really is/are the differences between the PT cruisers and when they were made.

Reading some of the main review sites they speak generally such as the PT cruiser from (00-08) has thhis that and the other, but none seem to explain what exactly is the difference between say the T cruiser built in 00 and one built in 2008.

So, can anybody inform me as to the differences?

They made major changes to interior trim and some other cosmetic things in 2006, which was also when they went to CAN BUS electrical system. They also threw the convertible model and turbos in there, I forget when. The LIMITED was a high line usually with leather and nicer wheels and a wing if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the reply.

Nearly all the PT cruisers appear to be LIMITED. It's as though they just went mad. I had noted the interior trim can be different. Later models have some of the dash the same colour as the exterior.

Not so keen on the leather seats. I keep thinking, 'they will crack, they will crack.'

I will go now to find what a 'CAN BUS electrical system is'

Thank you
