I recently acquired a 2006 PT Cruiser GT convertible, and the headlights are badly in need of adjustment. I'm just a novice when it comes to auto repairs and I don't see how to adjust them. In fact, I don't even see how to remove the headlight assemblies! I wasn't able to find a Youtube video that shows the process for this particular model, does anybody know of one? Or written instructions? Any help would be appreciated.

 

Invest in a Haynes manual for your car. It's worth having even if you don't plan on doing the work yourself. If you need to have some work done by a pro, you will be able to discuss the job intelligently with him if you read up on it in the manual. As your skills and toolbox improve, you'll be able to handle more and more jobs yourself.
