question will a bad catalytic converter make a high pitch whistle noise ? I have a 2004 PT cruiser with a 2.4 turbo. I have a high pitch whistle sound that comes for a couple weeks then goes for a couple weeks any one experience this issue? if i give it gas it goes away thanks

 

no they wont. look for vac leaks or turbo hoses lose
