Are you sure it doesn't say "no buss"?

That would mean the communication network linking the various computers of the car is fried.

You should be able to download an owners manual from chrysler.com.

The IOD fuse is not labeled as such. Look for a fuse that has "ears" or handles on it. It will be labeled for "radio" or something like that. It is designed to be easily popped loose but be left in place. Its purpose is to allow the dealer to disconnect things like the clock and remote key receiver that would normally draw a little current when the car is just parked so that the battery is not run down while the car sits on the lot waiting to be sold. That way, when a customer wants to see the car, the salesman can push in the fuse and get everything working easily without tools. "IOD" stands for "Ignition Off Draw". It's just an ordinary fuse sitting in a carrier with little handles unless a previous owner has replaced it without putting the carrier back in. In that case, you'll have to hunt it down.

Does your car have both an interior and under-the-hood fuse box? The IOD fuse is probably in the interior box.

fuse warning light

yea, i found a couple fuses that fit that description in my under the hood fuse box one was a yellow that was 10 amps and the other may have been 30 and was blue i think, i pulled them up but not out and fit my test leads for a continuity test and they both beeped so i think they are good i dont think my model year has another fuse box, ill call the dealer to check i coudnt see any visuel way to check those fuses, by the way my airbag light is on steady now i think it might b related to the polarity reversal.
