I've lost the back-lighting behind all of the buttons on my A/C panel. My vehicle has the automatic temperature control. The LED screen lights are there, but nothing behind the buttons (Low/High, temperature up/down for any area, etc). Are there bulbs that can be replaced, or does the whole ATC panel/module have to be replaced?

Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes then reconnect, see if they come back. I think there is a TSB for this and a software flash. If this fixes it short term I will look up the TSB.

 

Disconnecting the battery for 5+ minutes did NOT resolve the button backlighting problem. I'm also missing backlighting behind 1 or 2 radio buttons, too.

 

Any other guidance on getting the backlighting on the ATC control panel back?
