that type of issue u will need to have some one look at it this is not something u can just guess at.
U are looking at a possable insterment cluster,bcm,wires,ign switch,TIPM many different things could be wrong and with out knowing if there is a loss of power or ground or commucation there is just no way of knowing with out looking at it first hand.

Have you found any solutions yet. I have the same issues with mine. Mine started after I disconnected the battery and cleaned it with baking soda and water. My gauges did the same thing but I found a way on this site to reset them via resetting the tripometer. Gauges are fine now but my turn signals and hazards are still on the fritz. Please help.

the only true way and not guess is to have some one with a DRB to look at the input and outpiut to teh IPM and front controler if u want to guess thats your choice. U could be looking at a tipm,front controler,or multi function switch.
