01 t&c turning the steering wheels LorR the car has some heavy viberation ..

I just installed my power steering resovior and power steering cooler lines and hoses. I took the car for a test drive It is working good but one problem, I am having this hard viberation and heavy noises when I am steering the car to the left or right. I have heard that It can be my power steering pump that is going bad because the pressure relif valve is gone bad . Does the power steering pump have a pressure relif valve and If it does how can I get It to work.
