04 T&C Drinking Oil

We have a well kept and maintained 04 T&C. After a regular oil change last week the mechanic said there was barely a quart of oil in the car when they drained it.

There are no leaks and no noticeable smoke or smells.

Where could the oil be going?

What could the remedies be and their costs?

Thanks

BTW, I have been monitoring the Oil this week before it is started in am.

When I brought it home from mechanic it seemed over full. Now, a week or ten days later it is down to max.

The oil is going somewhere.

IIRC, I've seen a number of posts about this issue either here or over on the Dodge forum (Caravans). It's too bad you can't search the forum for the word "oil" as the search doesn't like just three character terms (if you can search for the word 'oil,' or any three character word such as "EGR," somebody let me know how to do it :-)
