05 T&C Transmission code P0700

I have a 2005 T&C, just turned 110,000 miles on my way home from South Dakota. We drove 3,700+ miles the past 10 days. At 110,420, I pulled off for gas. I noticed as I put it in drive at the gas pump, the tranny seemed to sluggishly go into gear. The check engine light came on and the transmission went into limp mode as I was getting onto the interstate. I pulled over the the median, put the van in park, turned it off and restarted. Didn't have an issue for the rest of the drive home (130 miles). After getting it home, I got the P0700 code. I'm curious if anyone has any input as to if this is going to be a big issue or not, before I get it on the scanner and I get the tranny code.

Thanks.

P0700 code: My 2005 Town and Country wouldn't shift in hot weather after driving a while, so I went into the fuse box and replaced the EATX Safety Shut Down Relay for $20. Problem solved! P700 is a generic code to tell the engine computer to turn on the check engine lite to let you know there is an issue with the TCM thats all. Does not tell you any specific issues the tcm is having.
