09 3rd Row VES suddenly isn't working
 

I am the original owner of a 2009 T&C with the factory installed VES system. It has 3 screens - front row/driver's console, 2nd row and then a 3rd row screen. The 2nd and 3rd row are flip down screens. All of a sudden, when a DVD is put and is playing, there is no picture on that 3rd row screen. When in park, it displays perfectly in the front row, and the 2nd row also plays fine.


Not only will the DVD not display, there is no flicker of even it powering up.


Any ideas?


I do have a full factory warranty, and from what I've read, it does include the VES, but want to see if it's something we can address before dropping the $100 deductible.


Any help is appreciated since we have an upcoming 10 hour road trip and 3 kids!

I should add...we don't have the TV service for our VES, so I can't check if the screen works by switching to a TV program.
