1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3L "DTC P1695" Help needed
 
I got this DTC P1695 No CCD message from body control module.

I dont know what too do to fix this problem, can someone help me:(

Yes the Van does start up, no the cluster is not dead..
I have the ignition cylinder worn out when I put the key in, it binds,
I dont know if maybe thats why the DTC came on because of the Ignition Cylinder

no has nothing to do with a sticking key cyl could be a wire issue or a bad bcm or junction block
