1997 Town and Country Turn Signal Issues

My turn signals and hazards suddenly stopped working. I've replaced the turn signal arm assembly in the steering column, the flasher under the inside driver's side dash, and every 20 amp fuse. The hazards work now, so the bulbs are ok. But the turn signals still won't work. I've heard of there being 2 different flashers for both the hazards and signals. I've searched everywhere they're supposedly located, and found nothing anywhere. Is there another flasher for the turn signals? If so, where is it?! What else could it be short of a wiring issue? TIA for your help.

I found the problem. There's not 2 different flashers, there's 2 fuses. After all of my web crawling and frustration, I've found this is a common problem and the answer is hard to find. So for everyone's future reference, the solution is quite simple. A new turn signal arm for the steering column, a signal flasher for the inside fuse box, and 2 fuses. It could be any one of these or a combination of several, in my case all 4. The 1st fuse is a 20 amp in slot #10 of the outer box under the hood. The 2nd is in slot #12 of the inside box. I hope knowing about both fuses now will help save someone the frustration I've had over the past week.

****The bottom fuse is a 10 amp.

Well I should have asked. I was looking your problem over on a wiring diagram and was suspecting that fuse, #12 on the junction block. That fuse also powers several other accessories which you weren't complaining of so I was left scratching the bean and moved on. Glad you found it.
