1998 GRVOY-SE cruise control problem

I have a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE. Couple of months ago my air bag light would come on periodically. It would either go off and on or stay on permanently. Now it does not come on at all. A couple of weeks ago my cruise control started to intermittenly work and not work. Today it will not work at all. It seems like the timing of the light not coming on and the CC not working at all happened together. Are they related and if so what is the involved in the repair as far as parts and labor.. The van has 136,000 on it and I really don't want to start spending a lot onrepairs even though it is a flex fuel vehicle. The van otherwise is in great shape and gets 22MPG avg.
Also, my headlight lens are dirty on the inside. Is there a simple way to remove them to clean?

Thanks
John

make a call to your local dealer and tell them that U would like to have teh B24 or D17 recall done its life time and it will correct the 2 issues U have at no cost =). The fog on the lens there are a bunch of places that sell the stuff to clean them up I have tried a few none seam to work well I had to buy new ones.

would this also be covered by recalls?

headlights on, making a left turn and braking at the same time would turn on interior lights. just for a second, but still. it's strange to have a flash in your eyes in a middle of the night.

car is voyager LE 1997.
