Default 1999 T&C Power Seats Rock

The front seats on our 1999 T&C "rock" when starting from a stop. My wife drives the car mostly, and after I mentioned the problem, she feels it too. I believe the problem is in the seat base and not the seat back.
The seats are both power adjustable. The seat heater were replaced about 3 months ago (a recall), but I would not think they had to remove the seats to fix this.
Anybody with the same problem or know of any solution?
I don't have the service manual for this car...can I tighten anything myself?

I have a Haynes manual for a '99 Dodge Caravan which shows at least 2 nuts per side holding the seat rails to the seat and 3 nuts holding the rails to the seat stand-off. You have to put the seat forward first, to remove the trim piece, which is held on by 2 screws, to get to the bolts. Looks simple enough. I would get a manual for your model to see if they are the same as mine. I assume they are same/similar but never worked on a T&C so can't say for sure. I think they would have had to remove the seats to get to the seat heater, so they probably weren't tightened enough on reassembly. If you want to keep the nuts from coming loose again you could replace the nuts with aircraft locking style nuts or use light thread locker on the existing ones.

yeah the minivans are pretty much all the same dodge/chrysler/or plymouth
and yes they probably took the seat out to work on it easier and it is possable that they did not tighten them enough
you could try it yourself becouse if you go back to the dealer they migh charge you and say they did tighten them its not hard webbee has it righ i think on all the bolts and nuts
