2 electrical problems
 

problem 1. aircon.
I want fresh air on my windshield, but that turns on aircon. is there a way to disengage aircon while air blows on windshield?

problem 2. headlights.
headlights have hight adjustment. right side adjustment works, left side is dead.
I took off electronic module that's moving the headlight and found that the power is good, plastic screws are OK, connections are OK, motor is OK, diode's are OK so it must be that the integratred circuit is the problem.
is it possible to find that in US (can't get it here)?
it's a small IC with 8 legs, can be sent by normal mail, and the sign on it says: M65AL, LMB1021EN.
other option is buying a complete module, but I'd rather have new IC.
