2000 Voyager Cooling Fans Stay on?

2000 Voyager Cooling Fans Stay on?
After the car is turned off the cooling fans continue to run. Was told it was the radiator cooling fan relay, I have yet to find it. I have removed the battery and tray and removed the air box. Any helpwould be great. It is a 2000 with a 2.4 L engine.
