2001 t&c lx

I bought a 2001 T7C and sine then have had the a head gaskets blow, caliconvertor, oxygen sensor and now I have the check engine light on. I took it back to the mechanic that did the head gaskets, caliconvertor, oxygen sensor and he told me it was my coil pack. I then took it to my local dealership and they tell it is a head gasket issue they took measurements and on number 4 cylinder it was 120% the other cylinders were at 140%. I went back to my mechanic and he did his on testing and again told me it was the coil pack he said all the cylinders were showing 150%. We checked the code to see again what it was telling us it says a fuel injector on #4 so I replaced that injector. No luck. Does anyone have any clue on how to get this fixed with out a lot of money out of pocket. I have one other issue and that is the drivers side window want go up I hear the motor running but nothing. A friend checked and told me $100.00 to get parts and fix it ourselves. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

did you guy take the heads to the machine shop and have the heads decked and pressure tested?

Heads

The mechanic that did the first head gasket claims to have done this. I'm not sure he did. Do I pay another mechanic to do the work right or is their some test to figure this out. I can't continue to dump money into this vehicle, being out of work right now.
