2001 T&C LX 3.3L shocks and struts
 

Just bought this tc used with 165k. So far its a good van and works for the family . Well the reason I'm posting is that I want to try to replace the shocks and struts because it is very much so needed. What tools do I need and is there a good site for inexpensive sets I have Checked out parts geek and auto parts warehouse so far can only find front replacement no rear so where is a good place to order those and all the pointers I can get ill take.

Compressing the front springs to remove and refit on front struts is main problem, but it has been mentioned on here already. I do believe struts have a top bearing so check this as it can seize. I would be more likely to try and get secondhand units, units still with paint on them, recently renewed low mile ones. It is possible to get them.
If you have to go new try Euro car parts as there is still a discount code going yet.
