The reason I wanted this informations is I was quoted a price of $350.00 for both hoses to be replaced and a radiator flush just thought it was pricey thanks.

I just replaced both hoses on my 02 t/c w/3.8 and I spent around 40 bucks for both hoses and antifreeze. Not a big deal to replace the lower hose. Only thing is you will have to drain the coolant out. The only headache was getting the factory style clamps off. If you go to any online autoparts store you should be able to find a pic of the lower hose.
