2002 Grand Voyager headlight height adjust switch

Another small issue that bothers me in my 2002 voyager is the "height adjust headlight switch"
The switch on the right was broken so I replaced the panel with a new panel from a ram van but the headlights still don't move at all when I try to adjust height. all other buttons are working well
*Is there a fuse for this function anywhere? I cant find it.
*any tips to get the lights up and down again?
Thx in advance.

Are you sure you have a EURO spec van with a tow-pack, that pic you show is a bog standard non-tow Euro switch. See below :

The picture is stolen from internet :) but apart from the icon for front foglights correct.
I checked partnumbers and I replaced the original p0th131l5ac with a p0th131l5ad which seem to be the same items?
I checked the headlights and the motors are in place so now I have to figure out how I can check the functionality with the multimeter (and I'm not very used to work with that device :o )
From QinteQ's links I got this

On any setting, the resistance between
1 and 2 should be 3191-3400 ohms
0 1 7 3238-3456
1 1 7 1195-1225
2 1 7 746-765

In the .2. post above .............. someone said :

Things looked OK. However at that point I also looked at the vertical alignment of the headlights by following the procedure of placing the car at 25' (7.62m) from a wall and measuring the height. At this point I realised that the actual headlight alignment was much too high and I readjusted them with the torx screw on the headlight housing. It seems now like the lights go down correctly when I change the height position from 0 to 1 and return correctly to the same position when I go back to 0. Between 1 and 2, I couldn't really notice any further change, but I am not certain whether I should have expected to see anything more or not. So at the moment, things seem to be under control

Well I checked the Ohm on the control as told in the example and those figures are perfect, but it seems the motors are not running at all do readjusting like the example is not going to work.
My nxt step will be trying to measure if any electricity reaches the little motors when I use the control.
So there is no separate fuse for this function as anyone knows off?

checked the little motor on the left headlight and it started working
Right one seems dead so I guess all i need to do is replace the motor at the right headlight.
