2002 T&C LX sliding door is not sliding!!
 

I just picked up a 2002 T&C LX w/115k miles, so I'm new to the forum. I've couple of concerns and hoping you can help me...

the passenger's door pops up when I click on the remote or the over head button, but doesn't move after that... i checked the wires inside the plastic chain and all looks good !!

could it be the motor!! but the motor pops up the door!! and pulls out the door if it's fully closed!!


any explanation or recommendations where to troubleshoot further?
