2002 T&C Power Windows
 

Both front windows no longer work, both are in the closed position. 40A fuse in engine compartment fuse box is good. Can not find the 25A breaker/fuse. Found two 30A breaker/fuses, one under drivers seat one under dash, left of column. Thanks for the help.
