2002 T&C Speedometer not working
Wife started driving the other day and noticed the speedometer was not working. Needle is actually below the "stopper" peg. Trip meter and odometer are working fine but the speedometer never moves. Not sure where to start. I thought the odometer/trip meter and the speedometer all ran off the same sensor/cable. Any thoughts, suggestions, or comments are welcome.
Recalibrate the instrument cluster thusly:
[ul][*]get into the drivers seat, all doors closed, key out of the ignition.[*]press AND HOLD the trip odometer reset pin for many seconds. Soon a Light Show will start. Release the pin and enjoy the show as the lights flash and the needles are recalibrated.[/ul]BUT keep an eye on the needle at start-up. If the needle "jumps" your battery voltage is low (or you have a loose cable). If the battery is an OE Mopar then replace it, for sure...it's time.
You don't want the needle to go all the way around and fall off! MAJOR pain in the ...***

Yeah that did it. I actually found an old post about this probably and did it yesterday. Everything is working fine now. It is a pretty cool light show. Anyway, thanks for the input.
