2002 T&C won't start

2002 T&C won't start
Replaced plugs. Checked for spark(ok). Replaced the gas pump.
Used starting fluid and gas but won't start. Checked the timing chain (heavy metal - is tight). Checked injectors voltage (ok). The input manifold had heavy black deposits, removed the IAC (had heavy black deposits) and position sensor and cleaned them.
Engine is turning normal, gas in the tank
