2002 voyager 2.4l timing help

Hi everyone I just joined and hopefully someone on here can help me. I'm putting new water pump on my babies mommas van. I didn't realize what I was getting into but I'm committed now and want to make sure I put it all together correctly. Okay, I set the timing marks on the crank sprocket to the arrow on housing and made sure the timing marks on cam sprockets were in line.then before I took timing belt off I rotated the crank sprocket counter clockwise 3 notches btdc . this is where I messed up, I took valve cover off and clamped some vise grps onto the cam to take the sprockets off. This worked but the cams rotated on me. So I'm unsure of what to do to correct this. Please help thank you
