2002 Voyager Central Locking Kaput!

Hi

I have a 2002 Chrysler Voyager here in the UK and the central locking has given up. Was working perfectly, but I had to charge the battery on the car and now it wont work.

When you press the key fob the lights flash on the outside of the car, but the locks don't function and the internal button on the drivers door won'f activate the central locking either.

I have both key fobs for the car and they are working fine.

Any clues?....is there a reset function or has some relay fried itself?

Cheers

- I don't know about the 02 van, but read this in general and #15 in particular

- pull the IOD fuse for a few to five minutes
- on my 05 its fuse F14 - 20 Amp Yellow - in the 'fuse & relay box' ?
- then do what 'pestilance' says in #15
- if you are stuck - come back and ask

Essentially when you took off the battery both the key fobs lost their 'pairing' with the car IGN module, the fob will need synch·ing again.
