2003 T&C with ATC has stuck vents
 

Problem started with the air only coming out of dash vents. A few days later I got the problem with the air stuck on high and won't shut off with power button.

Searching the internet and this site I replaced the blower motor power module and that fixed the blowing on high and not shutting off problem but the air still only goes out the dash vents, and no air coming out of the vents over the seats in the middle row.

Any further help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

take a look on the driver side and see if all of the motors are moving when U change the settings.
