Default 2003 T & C Blower motor won't run

I have an 03 T & C Limited AWD. The power module went bad and I have been meaning to change it but never got around to it. Now the blower motor doesn't run at all instead of being full blast all the time. Did I burn out the motor? I checked the fuses and they are good. If so, how hard is it to change out the blower motor? I don't feel like paying the stealership $1000 to do this.

I know about the 2 screws for the power module but will a bad power module make the blower motor not run at all? It ran full out for a while and now doesn't run at all.
