2004 T&C Hesitation and Stall after Fillups

After I put gas in the van (fill up or partial fill, doesn't matter) the van will sputter, hesitate and/or die completely. This occurs immediately after the van is fueled. The condition stops after the initial sputter. No codes or no check engine light. Any ideas?

Have you searched this on this site? I have heard of this before. Something about the overfill valve or vent valve? Can happen if someone tries to force a pipe down the tank to siphon gas or the valve just fails.

Yep. I didn't run across anything that I think was the same issue. I think it may have something to do with the evap/canister system? Any thoughts?
Thx-
