2005 Chrysler T&C Refueling Issue

I own a 2005 Chrysler T&C, 3.8L, that has just over 35,000 miles. I have a consistent refueling issue. As I fuel the van, I can only get around 1.5 gallons in before the fuel pump is kicked off. and then I can only place up to 1 gallon at a time as the pump is kicked off continually.

I would really appreciate some feedback on what is going on and which part needs replacement. I have heard of a charcoal filter on the fuel tank and also a valve on the return tube up by the top of the filler neck that may need to be cleaned out.

Thanks for your time.

How can or where can a person obtain system diagrams related to their specific vehicle so they can trace down some of these issues?

Okay, I get it ... it is called a "splashback" issue and I have read through the threads on this. It seems as if though the issue is a valve on the "burp" tube placed up on the neck of the fuel tank.

I would still appreciate direction on finding quality system diagrams for tracing down issues as they come up on this van.

I have always been a Ford person and never had ANY issues whatsoever until I bought this van.
