2005 T&C Turn Signal/tail light Problems
I have a 2005 T&C Limited. My right turn signals blinks real fast, so it does not work neither does my tail light. I replaced the both lights, still does not work. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a trick to it? Please help ! THanks!:eek::eek:

Ultimately the earth / ground goes to the NEG terminal (-) on the battery, a quick & dirty test would be to :
- run a piece of wire from the NEG pole on the battery to the body of the bulb holder, or; - put a multimeter on Ohms between the NEG pole on the battery to the body of the bulb holder - and your Ohms meter should show continuity and register zero Ohms - clean any corrosion on the bulb terminal contacts / and / or / contact points with emery cloth _______ Power goes from the battery , through the bulb and returns back to the negative terminal of the battery. It's called a circuit because the electricity flows in a circle around the circuit. If the circuit is broken at any point, current will not flow and it wont work. Makers save money by 'grounding' to the nearest convenient piece of clean earthed metal, so body / gearbox / chassis etc because all metal is conductive. Your problem could be many things, these cars complicate a circuit because they are run on a pciBUS [computer] system of switching but 9/10 a bulb issue is either the : - bulb or the - power (+) to the bulb or - the earthing (-) of the bulb / holder |
