2008 t&c 3rd row powerf seats

Anyone know where I could get info on why a 2008 chrysler town and country rear 3rd row power folding seat back would stick in the back down position? The smaller rear 3rd row seat stows and goes back to upright fine, but the bigger driver side 3rd row stows and goes back up but the back rest stays in down position. I have searches youtube and forums but can't find anything. Any help would be greatly.

Does the backrest come up if you pull on it while activating the button?

Here is a video showing how to repair the Frozen mini-gear on each seat backs corners. This gear block the henge movements and therefore the corner (1or2) will not move up the rear seat back from unfolded position.

Note if you have faults of functions DO NOT HELP THE SEAT MOVING but fix the problem.
If you help too much then the very powerfull motors they can flip the steering sway beam-rods around and even twist the henges & fixtures until they looks like a spring & break the rods & guides.

Prevent failures - grease spray all links & bushings & springs &bcables & guide with a little wd40 every 2 years (same apply to the adjustable food-brakes rods and links & screw-shaft).
