2008 T&C AC not working

2008 T&C AC not working
My 2008 Town and County AC is not working. At first I thought it just needed a recharge, Tried that, but it still does not work. Noticed the compressor is not kicking on. Any ideas? I read that the line that goes from the compressor to the condenser has a tendency to go bad. Anyone have a diagram of which line that is? I do not see any oil on the lines.
