2008 T & C LOCKED OUT FOBs don't work

As any 2008 T & C owner knows : If your FOBs don't work, there is no way to even enter your van. Could the main battery be dead? what to do? Have my van towed to the dearlership??

look at the back of the key fob there is a hidden key U move a spring loaded slid and pull the key out

yes I know about the key but

my van is parked 2 inches next to a wall on the driver side. By the way, is there a key lock on that driver door to use that key? I never noticed. LOL
There are no key locks on passenger side door or rear hatch.

Yep, it's there. A keyhole for the key. Drivers side.

update: got in but PROBLEM still a mystery

Had a "lock out " company unlock my passenger side front door. Horn alarm started, but was able to stop with my fob, that was not working at all before the door was opened. Put fob in ignition, van started. Tested both fobs, now both AOK.
Thanks kevinsmobilerepairs. I will have IGN wireless controller checked out.
