Dealer did repairs at N/C
I notified my dealership and took Van for inspection. Pictures were taken and submitted to Chrysler for repair approval. After a couple of months I received call from my dealer that repairs were approved and would be done at no charge. Parts were ordered (screws). When parts came in I was notified repairs may take 2-3 days because the body shop may need to do some work on the rust. Repairs took 2 days, roof racks were removed to inspect for rust in the body. Three bolts were replaced and fortunately no rust to body was found. :)
