2008 T & C whine in left rear

All-

New to the Chrysler Forums. I have a 2008 Town and Country. I bought it new and it only has 45000 miles. I have had an ongoing issue with brake where in this vehicle including two instances where the calipers have not released after braking. I ended-up replacing the passenger side front (and rotor), and have had brief issues with the driver side rear doing the same, though no episodes recently.

Which brings me to my issue. When on the highway there is a noise that seems to osolate between a high and low pitch. Starts high, then goes low. Depressing the brake at times will eliminate this.

I examined the pass side rear wheel after the last time this happened, none of the tell tale "hot brake" smells. I have also read where this can be a fuel pump issue...the car was near empty the last time this happened, but I am not sure about the fuel level in past events.

Thoughts?

First thought would be Wheel Bearing, you'll need to jack car up, spin wheel and listen. But I think you may get brake bind/touch noise here and need to remove Calipher. Second thought is Caliphers sticking just enough for pads to touch, emit noise but not heat disc.
